Overview
Provide technical and operational support to a portfolio of projects, technical assistance, trust funds, and knowledge activities. Ensure compliance with procedures and timely delivery of work program outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support processing and administration of projects, TAs, and trust funds.
- Assist in budget monitoring, commitment and disbursement tracking, and payment processing.
- Support consultant recruitment and contract administration.
- Maintain project, TA, and trust fund databases and filing systems.
- Provide operational and logistical support for knowledge events, workshops, and meetings.
- Assist in maintenance and updating of digital platforms.
- Support basic data gathering and compilation for knowledge products.
- Provide administrative support to budget and resource management.
- Coordinate with regional departments, sector teams, and internal service units.
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in areas of Public Sector Management, Business Management, Development Studies, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
- Good understanding of ADB operational procedures, systems, and administrative workflows, or ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
- Experience in using corporate IT systems, databases, and standard office applications.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Public Sector Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Development Studies.
