Overview

Provide support services ensuring high quality, accuracy, and consistency of work for the EU Solidarity Fund Support to BiH project. Responsible for technical and logistical assistance to the Project Manager and Project Team while implementing activities under the project.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field visits and prepare assessments of construction interventions.
  • Oversee the selection process and development of technical specifications.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and supporting technical documentation.
  • Review and assess technical design documents for construction interventions.
  • Provide effective support throughout all stages of tendering processes.
  • Monitor and supervise construction works.
  • Provide general office support.
  • Facilitate knowledge management and gender equality.
Required Experience

Applicants with a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field of study are not required to have professional work experience. Applicants with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) are required to have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in the relevant field of civil engineering/architecture.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Civil Engineering/Architecture from a recognized university is required. OR University degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas mentioned above in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.
