Overview

Provide professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for the child protection programme, including Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS). Serve as the Gaza Technical Focal Point for MHPSS.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for the child protection programme including MHPSS.
  • Apply theoretical and technical skills in researching, collecting, analyzing, and presenting technical programme information.
  • Learn organizational rules, regulations and procedures to support the development and formulation of the Child Protection Programme within the Country Programme.
Required Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Child Protection, child protection, mental health, psychosocial support, program development, program monitoring, partnership development, capacity building, humanitarian operations, donor reporting, knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in International Development, Psychology, Sociology, Law - International, Social Science, Human rights and any other related fields.
