Overview
The role is responsible for carrying out administrative tasks and activities that contribute to the implementation of the organization's Human Resources policies and procedures, with a customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Managers in carrying out selection, recruitment, and hiring processes.
- Post vacancies on the Workday platform and follow up on publications.
- Provide timely and updated personnel information for entry into HR systems.
- Create and update physical and digital files of new personnel.
- Prepare HR reports and documents.
- Support the organization of communication and teamwork improvement activities.
- Address and resolve local personnel inquiries related to HR norms and procedures.
- Perform other activities according to the needs of the Human Resources Unit.
Required Experience
- Minimum four (4) years of progressive experience in administrative support, specifically in Human Resources.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience carrying out selection processes.
- Experience in preparing reports, minutes, and communications.
- Experience with office automation tools.
- Desirable experience working with international organizations or UN System agencies.
- Desirable experience working with web-based recruitment systems.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education.
- Desirable, a professional degree in administrative sciences, social sciences, or related areas.
