Overview
Provide clerical and language support to project activities aimed at supporting outreach to migrants and overcoming linguistic barriers during inspections and information sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cultural mediation support to Territorial Labour Inspectorates’ activities.
- Support the provision of general information on national laws and administrative procedures.
- Contribute to awareness-raising activities on protection mechanisms for victims of labour exploitation and/or trafficking.
- Assist inspection taskforces by accompanying teams to different sites, facilitating communication with migrants.
- Provide language support during outreach activities, inspections, and meetings.
- Perform any other related clerical duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma with three years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant working experience.
- Experience in clerical or administrative support functions such as filing, record-keeping, or data entry.
- Experience in cultural mediation particularly with migrants or vulnerable groups, is an advantage.
- Previous experience providing support to community-based initiatives, international organizations, NGOs and/or EU Agencies would be an asset.
