Overview
Invitation for bids for the Rafting Complex and Way Side Amenities at Nadaun, District Hamirpir, Himachal Pradesh under the Sustainable and Inclusive Tourism Development Project in Himachal Pradesh.
Required Experience
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) for the last five (5) Financial Years [FYs, 2020 -21, 2021 -22, 2022 -23, 2023 -24, 2024 -25]. Minimum value should be equal to or more than INR 633.00 million .
- Contracts of Similar Size and Nature:
(i) Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one (1) contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last seven (7) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds INR 506 Million .
(ii) Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least two (2) contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last seven (7) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds INR 317 Million.
