Overview
The Communication Consultant will develop and implement communication strategies and materials for the EU-ACP Business Friendly Programme in Ghana, with a regional dimension. The role involves creating content, managing visibility, and reporting on communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and submit a six-month Communication and Visibility Plan.
- Produce and publish a media and press package.
- Design and deliver a complete set of branded visibility materials.
- Create and submit a structured, high-resolution multimedia content bank.
- Produce a series of short documentary-style videos.
- Produce a final communication summary report.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials.
- Assist in coordination with the programme team and local partners.
- Contribute to the design of social media cards and short video assets.
- Participate in the co-production of short promotional videos.
- Contribute to the design of scripts, scenarios, and storyboards.
- Organise and conduct field-based communication coverage.
- Ensure live streaming or recording of large-scale programme activities.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of communication, more specifically in audio-visual communication.
- Experience working on international projects.
- Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree.
Qualifications
- Graduate (BA/BSc MA/MSc/MBA) in communication, social sciences, business administration, economics, or other related fields.
- Practical audio-visual training would be an asset.
