Overview

Provides administrative and operational support for the successful implementation of online and onsite events and workshops for the CCHN Community of frontline negotiators.


Key Responsibilities
  • Organize technical support for online activities across platforms, advise on digital event accessibility, record attendance, and coordinate event publication.
  • Update and manage contact databases, engage with the CCHN community, screen applications, and provide technical/administrative support to participants.
  • Support the preparation of analytical reports, background papers, and research summaries.
  • Provide ad hoc support across operations team activities.
Required Experience
  • Experience in project and information flow management.
  • Experience in planning, organisation, and data-management software.
  • Preferred professional experience ideally of 1-2 years in the humanitarian sector (with a preference in Protection or Health).
Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate (within 1 year from the date of hiring) in political sciences, international relations or equivalent.

• Fluently spoken and written English and French. • Good command of another IFRC official language as Arabic.
