Overview
This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of editorial and content products, translating technical inputs into compelling narratives and managing production, distribution, and performance tracking across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop and refine a content and audience strategy, focusing on editorial components.
- Support strategic positioning through narrative development, audience engagement, and communications.
- Manage the full production lifecycle of communication products, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Optimize execution using AI tools for writing, editing, translation, and content repurposing.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Manage multiple communication workstreams, ensuring coordination and timely delivery.
- Execute content distribution across various channels.
- Monitor and report performance metrics to refine execution approaches.
Required Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in media, journalism, communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end communication outputs independently.
- Demonstrated practical experience using AI tools across communication workflows.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing external vendors or consultants.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience using CMS, social media, and other relevant distribution platforms.
- Experience in international development, infrastructure, technology, or policy environments (desired).
- CRM familiarity (desired).
Qualifications
- An advanced university degree (Master's or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., journalism, media, marketing, social sciences, international relations, economics, or specific technical areas) plus a minimum of five years of professional work experience.
- A first-level university degree (Bachelor's) combined with two additional years of qualifying experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
