Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of editorial and content products, translating technical inputs into compelling narratives and managing production, distribution, and performance tracking across channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Co-develop and refine a content and audience strategy, focusing on editorial components.
  • Support strategic positioning through narrative development, audience engagement, and communications.
  • Manage the full production lifecycle of communication products, ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Optimize execution using AI tools for writing, editing, translation, and content repurposing.
  • Develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows to enhance team productivity.
  • Manage multiple communication workstreams, ensuring coordination and timely delivery.
  • Execute content distribution across various channels.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to refine execution approaches.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in media, journalism, communications, public relations, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to execute end-to-end communication outputs independently.
  • Demonstrated practical experience using AI tools across communication workflows.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing external vendors or consultants.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience using CMS, social media, and other relevant distribution platforms.
  • Experience in international development, infrastructure, technology, or policy environments (desired).
  • CRM familiarity (desired).
Qualifications
  • An advanced university degree (Master's or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., journalism, media, marketing, social sciences, international relations, economics, or specific technical areas) plus a minimum of five years of professional work experience.
  • A first-level university degree (Bachelor's) combined with two additional years of qualifying experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.

Contract Duration
31 December 2026, with possibility of extension subject to funding availability, satisfactory performance, and continued business needs
Work Modality
These roles are Geneva-based and team members are expected to be in the office multiple days a week.
