The Driver provides reliable and safe driving services to UNFPA staff, officials, and visitors, ensuring timely and efficient travel while upholding discretion and integrity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drives office vehicles for the transport of UNFPA staff, officials, and visitors.
  • Delivers and collects mail, documents, and other items.
  • Meets official personnel and visitors at train stations and airports.
  • Keeps abreast of traffic, road conditions, and security considerations.
  • Manages all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including minor repairs and arranging major services.
  • Maintains accurate daily vehicle logs and assists in preparing vehicle maintenance reports.
  • Ensures availability of all required vehicle documents.
  • Monitors and tracks insurance, taxes, and other vehicle-related compliance requirements.
  • Adheres to all UNFPA rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Maintains awareness of security, road, and operational risks.
  • Supports other office operations as assigned related to vehicle management.
Required Experience

Three years’ work experience as a driver in an international organisation, embassy or UN system with a safe driving record.

Qualifications
  • Completed Secondary Level Education.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Fluency in Ukrainian and working knowledge of English is required.
