Overview

Serve as a senior HR leader and strategic business partner, leading People and Culture teams across Viet Nam, Lao PDR and Cambodia. Shape and deliver HR strategies that enable Country Programmes to achieve ambitious results for children.

Required Experience

At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, HR Analytics and any other related fields.

Qualifications

Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, International Business Relations, Psychology, or another related field. A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in a relevant area combined with 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
