Overview
The People and Culture Officer provides HR services by applying knowledge of HR models and organizational policies. The role supports the People and Culture Manager in executing HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering
- Strategic Human Resources
- Support to Implementation of assigned Human Resources Services
- Learning and Capacity Development
- HR Data Analytics
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Management in international organization and/or large corporation and any other related fields is required.
- Experience in Change management and HR analytics is considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, International Relations and any other related fields is required.
