The People and Culture Officer provides HR services by applying knowledge of HR models and organizational policies and procedures, supporting the People and Culture Specialist and colleagues.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources, HR business partnering, recruitment, job classification, performance management, learning and development, talent management, HR data analytics, employee relations, diversity and inclusion. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology and any other related fields.
