Overview
The Procurement Services Manager will lead and strengthen a large and complex Procurement Services portfolio supporting critical programmes. The role focuses on strategic partnership management, procurement planning, supply financing solutions, risk mitigation, and national supply chain strengthening.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages Procurement Services (PS) of a large country office.
- Engages with Government, development partners and Programme on Procurement Services (PS).
- Manages and implements PS key accounts as well as complex and large requests.
- Facilitates smooth and efficient PS operations in Pakistan in close coordination with Supply Division, PS partners and Government.
- Supports strengthening the national supply chain system.
Required Experience
- Eight years of progressively responsible professional work experience is required, which involves the management of Supply Chains, Procurement, Project Management, and engagement with Government and development partners at the national and international levels.
- At least three years of experience should be in developing countries.
Qualifications
• An advanced university degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related technical field is required.
