Provide strategic and operational People and Culture support to Centers by researching policies, analyzing data, and advising on HR matters. Contribute to the improvement of People and Culture systems, policies, and processes.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Administration, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Human Resources Operations, Position Management, Human Resources Analytics, Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Development and any other related fields.
Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Management, International Relations, Psychology and any other related fields.
