Overview
Provide expert technical guidance and support in the application of AI technologies to enhance land administration processes within the EU4PropertyRights project. Research, propose, and adapt AI solutions to address specific challenges in cadastral data management, property registration, and Land Parcel Information System development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations on AI tools and technologies for land administration.
- Review and propose improvements to existing AI models and algorithms.
- Advise and demonstrate AI applications for data correction, verification, and validation.
- Develop AI solutions for intelligent document processing, feature extraction, discrepancy resolution, data harmonization, risk modeling, smart workflow routing, and automated valuation.
- Support the development of a Land Parcel Information System (LPIS) leveraging AI.
- Provide technical guidance on AI integration into existing systems.
- Conduct training and capacity building sessions on AI tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate AI model performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage assigned tasks and deliverables within the project.
- Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations on AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
- Contribute to project plans, budgets, and resource allocation for AI implementation.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience (9 years with a Bachelor’s degree) in applying AI technologies to solve real-world problems.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for data analysis, automation, and decision support.
- Experience working with land administration systems or cadastral data (desired).
- Experience working on international development projects (desired).
- Experience in capacity building and training (desired).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Geographic Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Geographic Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies (desired).
