Overview
The Programme Assistant – Delivery role focuses on leading enrolment processes, managing beneficiary data, and ensuring data quality for Cash-Based Transfers and In-kind distributions. The position also involves coordinating operational support and reporting for project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enrolment processes in SCOPE, ensuring accurate data entry, verification, and compliance.
- Maintain and update beneficiary records in SCOPE.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of Cash-Based Transfers and In-kind enrolments.
- Provide frontline support to Area Offices, technical teams, and cooperating partners during registrations and beneficiary rotation activities.
- Lead programmatic & biometric deduplication and quality checks.
- Manage and monitor the interagency phone number deduplication platform and other anomaly detection dashboards.
- Conduct regular data integrity checks using dashboards.
- Support routine data cleaning and validation exercises.
- Monitor in-kind distributions, tracking dispatches, commodity accounting, and daily distributions.
- Liaise with Strategic Outcome Managers, Supply Chain, Finance and CP Management units to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide monthly reporting inputs for Country Office 5Ws and COMET entries.
- Facilitate effective collaboration by exchanging information with internal counterparts and cooperating partners.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Act as a focal point for resolving general operational queries.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Required Experience
At least five (5) years of relevant experience with a secondary school certificate OR University degree, (Diploma/Bachelor’s) with a minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in CBT/IDM or related fields.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school education OR University degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
