Overview
Implement all monitoring and evaluation activities for projects conducted in Mueda field office. Ensure proper functioning of the Complaint, Feedback and Response Mechanism at area level.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement surveys and assessments for all program core competencies.
- Support in developing data collection methodology and tools and data storage systems.
- Train and support programme staff on using data collection methodologies and tools.
- Ensure data verification, conduct data analysis, contribute to data report writing.
- Track the progress of project output indicators.
- Follow up cases raised through the Complaints, Feedback and Response mechanism.
- Complete ongoing mandatory trainings and follow a custom professional development plan.
Required Experience
- Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
- Experience with principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation in humanitarian programs, using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring and other formal and non-formal methods
- Knowledge of digital data collection platforms (KoBo, others)
- Experience liaising with local and community stakeholders
- Field level experience with an NGO preferred
Qualifications
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or other related areas
