Overview

Provides technical support and assistance in the planning, implementation and monitoring of disability-inclusive programming. Supports the management of programme partnerships for the delivery of inclusive services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the management of programme partnerships for the delivery of inclusive services.
  • Contributes to inter-agency and sectoral coordination on disability inclusion.
  • Assists with programmatic oversight of screening and identification activities.
  • Helps strengthen integrated information and feedback mechanisms that serve a growing number of programmes.
  • Programme monitoring and knowledge management.
Required Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in social policy, social protection, disability inclusion or related programme areas is required. Experience working with civil society organizations, partnerships management and/or coordination mechanisms is required. Knowledge of disability-inclusive approaches and the rights of persons with disabilities.

Qualifications

A university degree in social sciences, public policy, social work, development studies, disability studies, or a related field is required.
