Overview

The Social Policy Officer will contribute to advancing the agenda of strengthening social protection systems by supporting system design, interoperability, and analytical foundations for coordinated social assistance delivery.

• Interoperability, Data Exchange, and System Alignment
• Deduplication and Coverage Analysis
• Shock Responsiveness and Adaptive Social Protection
• Data Protection, Safeguarding, and Risk Management
• Coordination, Knowledge Management, and Capacity Building

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social protection systems, social registry development, targeting, MIS, or related fields. Demonstrated experience supporting government-led systems, including social registries, national safety nets, or large-scale social assistance programmes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s university degree in Information Systems / Information Management, Data Science / Statistics, Computer Science (with focus on data systems or MIS).
