Overview
Online Volunteers will support the population of the Environmental Education Hub database by finding and submitting unique environmental education resources.
Key Responsibilities
- - Use a provided Google Sheets template to log each resource (e.g, title, description, age group, format, URL, language)
- Search for credible online sources following YELL's provided selection criteria
- Evaluate each resource against YELL's quality criteria (e.g, bias, timeliness, link functionality) before logging
- Collect and log 40-50 unique resources that are ready for database entry
- Submit the completed dataset by the end of the assignment
Required Experience
- Basic understanding of data collection methods
- Strong internet research skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) is required
