Overview
Part-time role responsible for supporting the administrative and operational needs of the Safety, Health and Education Department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial sustainability through coordination, tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Safety, Health and Education Department
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and documentation for department initiatives
- Maintain program records, files, and documentation in compliance with organizational and donor standards
- Support communication and coordination across program teams
- Assist in tracking and maintaining quality assurance metrics across departmental programs
- Support ongoing program monitoring and evaluation processes
- Compile and prepare data reports to support program outcomes and continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory or grant requirements
- Assist with invoice processing and tracking expenditures
- Provide administrative support for budget management systems
- Monitor program-related expenses and assist in reconciling budgets
- Support development of program budgets, including data collection and documentation
- Assist in grant writing activities, including drafting, editing, and compiling required documentation
- Help track grant deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements
- Support funding research and contribute to efforts that sustain and expand departmental programs
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Experience
2+ years of administrative or program support experience
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in public health, business administration, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
