Overview
The intern will support the Compensation Team in implementing its workplan through analytical, operational, and process-improvement activities, gaining practical experience in compensation management.
Key Responsibilities
- - Data analysis (ie: salary surveys, benchmarking)
- - Policy reviews and allowances tracking
- - Development of reporting tools, process improvement (SOPs, templates)
- - Overall support to the compensation team
- - Structured datasets, analytical outputs (tables, dashboards), draft SOPs and templates, and contributions to tool development and process optimization, including AI-related initiatives.
Qualifications
- - Current student or recent graduate (less than a year) in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field
- - At ease with numbers and data, very good level in Excel (data structuring, formulas)
- - Ability to organize and structure information in a clear and logical manner
- - Attention to detail, organized, structured, analytical and problem-solving mindset
- - Interest in compensation, HR analytics, process improvement, digitalization, AI tools.
