Overview
Ensure high-quality administrative, logistical, and organizational support to internal and external learning activities coordinated by the Learning Unit, enabling effective access to learning solutions and smooth implementation of the OCBA Global Learning Offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative and logistical processes for Learning Unit-managed trainings.
- Manage application, registration, and documentation workflows.
- Administer financial processes related to training activities.
- Facilitate access to internal and external learning opportunities.
- Maintain accurate learning data in corporate systems and repositories.
- Coordinate with other Operational Centres and host locations.
- Support language learning programs.
Required Experience
- Previous experience with Médecins Sans Frontières in a similar or related position is required.
- Proven experience in administrative support and coordination roles, preferably in international or multicultural environments.
- Experience supporting training, learning or educational activities will be considered an asset.
Qualifications
Qualification in administrative management, secretarial studies or a related field is required.
