Overview
Provide technical expertise to improve the analysis of nuclear information services, offer added-value services like research trends, and enhance outreach for INIS among stakeholders to improve nuclear information discoverability.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement knowledge sharing and documentation within INIS, NIS, and across the Agency regarding nuclear information retention and retrieval.
- Facilitate communication and outreach to promote INIS services internally and externally, including gathering user feedback and creating promotional materials.
- Provide first-level response and process queries from INIS users, identify requested nuclear information, and guide users on discoverability.
- Organize knowledge sharing activities, training seminars, events, and meetings.
Required Experience
- Minimum four years of experience in knowledge management, management of institutional memory, communication and outreach, digital content curation, and projects related to information management and retention of knowledge.
- Experience working in an international setting.
Qualifications
• University degree (bachelors) in Information Management, Social Science, or other related field.
