Overview

Provide technical expertise to improve the analysis of nuclear information services, offer added-value services like research trends, and enhance outreach for INIS among stakeholders to improve nuclear information discoverability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implement knowledge sharing and documentation within INIS, NIS, and across the Agency regarding nuclear information retention and retrieval.
  • Facilitate communication and outreach to promote INIS services internally and externally, including gathering user feedback and creating promotional materials.
  • Provide first-level response and process queries from INIS users, identify requested nuclear information, and guide users on discoverability.
  • Organize knowledge sharing activities, training seminars, events, and meetings.
Required Experience
  • Minimum four years of experience in knowledge management, management of institutional memory, communication and outreach, digital content curation, and projects related to information management and retention of knowledge.
  • Experience working in an international setting.
Qualifications

• University degree (bachelors) in Information Management, Social Science, or other related field.

• Excellent oral and written command of English.
Languages Preferred
• Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.

Remuneration
• Daily fee of up to a maximum of € 200, based on qualifications and experience. • In case duty travel is required within the assignment, a daily subsistence allowance (DSA) and travel costs are provided.
