Overview
Save the Children Indonesia seeks an External Collaborator to provide technical and operational support for a website revamp and digital system migration project, aiming to create a more integrated, scalable, secure, and optimized digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination, including developing and monitoring timelines, identifying risks, and providing mitigation recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, Growth Marketing, IT/TDU, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of user journeys, UX, conversion flow, and donor experience optimization.
- Coordinate integrations across CMS, backend, CRM, payment gateway, and analytics tools.
- Support implementation and validation of digital tracking tools and development of performance monitoring dashboards.
- Facilitate QA testing, UAT, and support launch activities.
- Support content and data migration, ensuring consistency, SEO integrity, and data security.
- Ensure vendors provide complete technical documentation and support internal team readiness for post-launch operations.
- Provide regular project updates, maintain risk logs, and prepare implementation progress reports.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in digital project management, web/digital execution, product support, or related areas.
- Experience in website revamp projects, CMS implementation, digital platform development, or system migration initiatives.
- Experience working with vendors/agencies in digital development projects.
- Basic understanding of website architecture, CMS platforms, frontend-backend flow, API integration, and digital ecosystems.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, or similar tools.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
