Overview
Provide strategic knowledge management support to PRCM and EARD, translating technical and policy inputs into practical knowledge products and coordinating contributions across departments and developing member countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Help identify and implement opportunities for capturing, distilling, disseminating, and leveraging knowledge from ADB's projects and technical assistance.
- Identify and support knowledge sharing activities and policy dialogue events.
- Identify and summarize important policy issues and messages for ADB's policy dialogue, knowledge sharing, and capacity building.
- Coordinate and communicate EARD's development strategies and policy messages.
- Serve as EARD's focal point on knowledge.
- Lead the preparation and quality assurance of EARD knowledge products.
- Represent EARD in relevant Senior Management meetings and support follow-up actions.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Required Experience
- Experience in knowledge publication and distribution at senior levels.
- At least 10 years of international experience in a developing nation, or with a multilateral development agency.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience applying expertise in an international setting.
Qualifications
• A master's degree, or equivalent, in knowledge management, public policy studies or related social sciences, media and communications, or university degree and at least 5 years specialized experience.
