Overview
Provides administrative support to the Air Transport Bureau (ATB) and supports human resources, financial, and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages urgent emails, drafts correspondence, and tracks files.
- Monitors staff contractual information and processes timesheets.
- Runs budget reports and processes financial transactions.
- Supports procurement planning and raises Purchase Requisitions.
- Maintains the ATC website and coordinates report submissions.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in administrative work.
- Experience in preparing correspondence, reviewing working papers, reports and presentations, as well as proofreading and editing.
- Experience in using integrated automated systems for the management of human and financial resources.
- Extensive experience in MS Office applications.
- Desirable: Experience working in international organizations or the United Nations system.
Qualifications
- Essential: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Desirable: A Diploma of College Studies (DEC).
- Additional training or certification in computer applications, business administration, or a related field.
