Overview
This internship provides an opportunity to gain real-world experience in private partnerships and philanthropy, supporting the cultivation and stewardship of mid-level and major donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event logistics, including vendor management, venue setup, scheduling, invites, catering, and equipment needs.
- Coordinate personalized touchpoints for mid-value donors.
- Project manage the development of mid-value donor communication materials, including proposals, cover letters, and thank you letters.
- Provide proof-reading and fact-checking support.
- Conduct research, gather content and support the drafting, editing, and proofreading of written materials.
- Use prospect research tools to create prospect briefings on mid-level and major donors.
- Support with due diligence screening reports.
- Work in donor databases to manage donor records and ensure gifts are reflected properly.
- Assist with researching and analyzing data for fundraising and marketing efforts.
- Pull information from various sources to report on marketing and communication material effectiveness.
- Help with general administrative work and other tasks as requested.
Qualifications
- University degree or college degree in progress (completed at least 2 years of Study) or completed within the last 24 months required.
- Bachelor's, High school diploma (Required)
