Overview
The role is for a Referent*in (m/f/d) Protection & Legal Advice (maternity cover) in Bavaria, Germany, to conduct peer-to-peer awareness activities on human trafficking.
Key Responsibilities
- Design low-threshold peer-to-peer awareness activities on human trafficking based on personal experience.
- Conduct workshops with residents in refugee shelters on human trafficking.
- Prepare digital and analog culturally sensitive information materials.
- Develop content for a multiplier training, including training materials.
- Conduct multiplier trainings with survivors of human trafficking.
- Collaborate with the project manager and the national implementation team on the further development of materials and measures.
Required Experience
- Personal experience as a victim of human trafficking in Europe (as defined by the Palermo Protocol).
- Experience in adult education or participation in awareness campaigns and knowledge transfer is ideal.
- Experience in protection (e.g., protection from human trafficking or violence; support for refugees or vulnerable persons) or other relevant experience (e.g., conducting workshops).
Qualifications
• University degree or experience in the field of protection.
