Overview
This internship assignment supports inclusive outreach and engagement activities within the Recruitment Services Unit, aiming to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification of networks and organizations for outreach collaboration.
- Draft inclusive outreach messages.
- Maintain and update the outreach contact list and activity tracker.
- Conduct desk research on inclusive recruitment practices.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge products on outreach and diversity.
- Assist in compiling recommendations for accessible work environments.
- Support activities promoting disability inclusion awareness.
- Contribute to planning and organizing outreach events, webinars, or campaigns.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
