Overview
The Security Officer plays a key role in enabling programme delivery by providing security risk management support, operational assistance, and advice to help ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Build security networking and partnership.
- Engage in innovation, knowledge management and capacity building.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in security, security risk management, security operations, emergency management, crisis management, threat assessment, contingency planning, safety management, security training, stakeholder liaison, emergency communications is required.
- Demonstrated skills in risk management, security analysis, security documentation, security training, conflict analysis, and intelligence analysis are required.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Security Risk Management, International Relations, Operations, Conflict Analysis, Intelligence Analysis, Diplomatic Studies, Conflict and Security, Counter Terrorism and any other related fields.
