Overview
A Cleaner ensures that the office and guest house premises are kept clean. Reports to the Base Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Wet cleaning of offices, apartments and common areas (corridors, kitchen, restrooms, conference room) as needed.
- Dry cleaning and disinfection of surfaces in common areas.
- Polishing of surfaces and furniture.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of glass, mirror, and ceramic surfaces.
- Washing kitchen appliances and utensils (coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dishes, etc., as needed).
- Monitoring the availability of office supplies (liquid soap, detergents, etc.).
- Collecting trash and replacing trash bags.
- Seasonal window cleaning (twice a year or as needed).
- General cleaning as needed.
- Dusting switches, baseboards, and hardware.
- Caring for plants in the office.
- Wet cleaning of apartments: washing floors, polishing surfaces and furniture, ensuring the cleanliness of glass, mirror, and ceramic surfaces, washing and treating sanitary ware, washing kitchen appliances and utensils, collecting trash, seasonal window cleaning as needed.
- Creating an atmosphere of cleanliness and friendliness.
Required Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
