Overview

Internship opportunity within the Labour Mobility and Social Inclusion (LMI) Unit and Counter-Trafficking (CT) Unit, focusing on project implementation, administrative support, and drafting of materials.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the implementation of integration and counter-trafficking project activities.
  • Providing administrative and organizational support for training content compilation.
  • Assisting in drafting and editing newsletter articles, brochures, narrative reports, and other texts.
  • Assisting in translating and proofreading project-related documents (English/German).
  • Attending meetings and conferences and taking minutes.
  • Providing support in organizing events, meetings, and travel.
  • Assisting in research activities.
  • Assisting in the conduct of (virtual) trainings.
  • Performing other assigned duties.
Required Experience

Less than two years of relevant working experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Level Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Migration Studies, Law, Social Science or related fields.

Languages Required
Excellent oral and written command of German and English.
Languages Preferred
Oral and written command of other languages are an asset.
Contract Duration
2 months with possibility of extension

Remuneration
Depending on experience and location, interns are granted a small monthly stipend to help offset costs.
