Overview
Provide project management support as an Analyst, focusing on infrastructure works budgets for schools to be completed by UNOPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in technical and management control meetings.
- Support the preparation of Project Requirements for bidding and contracting.
- Prepare or analyze material quantity spreadsheets and budgetary spreadsheets.
- Prepare price certifications for unit cost compositions.
- Prepare unit service specifications.
- Analyze, review, and prepare technical reports on budgetary spreadsheets.
- Perform economic feasibility analyses and studies for engineering works.
- Formulate budgetary guidelines for contracting projects, services, and works.
- Formulate financial monitoring guidelines for the execution of works.
- Provide technical guidance to designers and engineers.
- Structure, prepare, and review technical documents.
- Control the development of activities related to specific products.
- Evaluate and systematize stakeholder contributions.
- Participate in meetings and technical visits.
- Prepare technical presentations and formally present products and activities.
- Visit existing sites, buildings, and school units.
- Visit communities that have joined the cooperation agreement.
- Keep individual production documented.
Required Experience
- 02 years of progressive responsibility in the preparation of infrastructure works budgets, with at least 01 year of experience in public works or works employing public resources.
- Advanced knowledge of one of these software: Autocad, Volare, Compor 90, PERT-CPM or Gantt.
Qualifications
- Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) in Architecture and/or Engineering with respective registration in the Professional Class Council is required.
- Master's Degree in public infrastructure works budgets and costs is desirable.
- Extension and/or training in infrastructure projects in the school area will be considered a differential.
