Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative assistance to ensure routine services and activities within the administrative domain are properly implemented. The role involves liaising with internal and external entities to ensure effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange appointments/meetings.
- Receive visitors, screen telephone calls, respond to information requests, and take notes at meetings.
- Maintain hard and electronic office files and records.
- Receive, review, sort, and distribute correspondence, pouch, and material.
- Maintain/update confidential files.
- Draft routine correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
- Facilitate personnel administrative formalities and process documents for travels, leaves, and movements.
- Maintain office inventory and stocks of office supplies.
- Monitor asset management track.
- Assist supervisor to monitor and record expenditure/disbursement of funds.
- Make logistic and administrative arrangements for seminars, workshops, and briefings.
- Regulate and monitor routine provision of services/shifts from providers.
- Monitor office/compound facilities and equipment.
- Support identification and management of risks.
Required Experience
1 year relevant experience with High School Diploma; or Bachelor or equivalent or higher.
Qualifications
Certificates and/or Licenses: Business Administration, Finance, Office Management, Human Resources or other related field.
