Overview

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking a Senior Digital Program Specialist - Business Analysis to serve as the primary IT subject matter expert for loan management business domains. The role will lead complex analysis of business requirements and processes, translating business goals into technical solutions for AIIB's core investment operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team lead in shaping the strategic roadmap and vision for the loan management technology portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for digital innovation and process automation.
  • Lead the end-to-end business analysis life cycle for the loan administration domain.
  • Provide oversight and guidance throughout the full project delivery cycle.
  • Act as the senior SME for loan management business processes.
  • Cultivate strong, strategic partnerships with senior business partners.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
  • Provide expert-level support for the resolution of critical production issues.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior business analysts.
  • Serve as a champion for knowledge retention.
  • Work closely with various IT teams to ensure full coverage of IT requirements.
  • Ensure that processes comply with IT governance processes and procedures.
Required Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant IT experience, with a strong focus on business analysis and IT project management within financial services, investment banking, or multilateral development banks. Demonstrated experience in leading complex, large-scale IT system implementation projects, preferably in the loan management, trade finance, or investment management domains. Deep domain knowledge of loan life cycle management. Experience or deep knowledge of MDB operations, either in SBF or NSBF products, is a significant advantage. In-depth knowledge of the full project life cycle. Proven ability to mentor young professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in computer science, information systems, information technology, or related fields. A combination of technical and business-related qualifications is highly desirable.
