Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support donor and sponsor acquisition, brand engagement, and organizational objectives. The role leads content planning, coordinates creative production, manages paid and earned media campaigns, analyzes performance data, and provides digital marketing guidance.
At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field. Proven experience managing social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns. Strong background in content planning, copywriting, editing, publishing, and managing content across various digital channels. Experience in optimizing digital platforms to improve conversion, engagement, reach, and overall user experience. Hands-on experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and platform insights) to monitor, analyze, and improve campaign and content performance. Ability to translate data insights into actionable content improvements and optimization strategies. Knowledge and ability to manage digital marketing budgets, including calculating break-even ROAS and optimizing conversion rates.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or any related field. Relevant training in content marketing, SEO, social media management, digital analytics, or related areas. Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, content marketing, or social media platforms are an advantage. No specific license or professional registration required.
