The Registration Assistant supports activities related to registration, which may include reception, filing, and data management. The role responds to queries from asylum seekers and refugees regarding registration procedures and their rights and entitlements.
1 year relevant experience with High School Diploma; or Bachelor or equivalent or higher. Experience using UNHCR registration systems: proGres v4, BIMS. Experience in L1 and L 2 registration interviews, including identity verification, family composition updates, and documentation review. Experience in case intake and reception, including appointment scheduling, triage, and referral of persons with specific needs. Ability to prepare registration statistics, dashboards, and reports using excel and/or Power BI. Experience in working with UNHCR proGres software (Desirable).
