Overview
The Digital Impact Officer will manage UNICEF Nepal’s ICT function, provide strategic oversight, and support Technology for Development (T4D) initiatives to strengthen programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ICT infrastructure, networks, telecommunications and enterprise technology platforms.
- Ensure effective ICT service delivery, technical support, system availability and business continuity.
- Strengthen information security, risk management, system maintenance and compliance.
- Support the implementation of digital solutions and Technology for Development (T4D) initiatives.
- Provide leadership, supervision, technical guidance and capacity building for ICT personnel.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance ICT priorities, innovation and collaboration.
Required Experience
A minimum of one year of professional work experience in information technology management and business operations in a large international organization and/or corporation is required. Work experience in a UN organization is required.
Qualifications
A university degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, business administration, or related social science field is required.
