Overview

The Monitoring Assistant will verify the movement and distribution of items, maintain records, collate data, and prepare field mission reports to support programme reviews and ensure efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Verify planned movements and distribution of food or non-food items, reporting issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain information records and monitor plan documentation.
  • Collate assistance programme(s) data.
  • Liaise with cooperating partners and internal counterparts to gather feedback.
  • Receive and collate comments and feedback from cooperating partners and beneficiaries.
  • Provide guidance for cooperating partners on WFP operational practices.
  • Prepare field mission reports.
  • Follow set emergency response processes and procedures.
Required Experience

At least 4 years of experience in collecting, compiling, analysing, and reporting programme, operational, or project-related data and information using established procedures and tools.

Qualifications

Completion of secondary school education.

Fluency in English as well as Tajik and/or Russian is required.
