Overview
Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, managing data, and coordinating services.
Key Responsibilities
- Compose, draft, and prepare correspondence, financial documents, and signatory letters.
- Extract data, prepare briefings, progress reports, and spreadsheets.
- Provide basic translation assistance from and to local language.
- Manage assets in WCO, updating the asset register and coordinating data.
- Serve as focal point for managing service providers and building services.
- Verify travel requests and itineraries for compliance with policy.
- Process and follow up on visa requests for WHO travelers.
- Respond to queries on travel-related rules and regulations.
Required Experience
At least eight years of relevant experience in the travel industry or administrative field. Desirable: Relevant experience in the UN system.
Qualifications
Essential: Completion of secondary education supplemented by training in administration and/or travel related resources. Desirable: University degree in public or business administration or related field.
