Overview
Consultant to support the development of the EAGLE candidate selection framework by ensuring Austrian labour market requirements, employer expectations, and relevant eligibility considerations are reflected. The role will also contribute to employer outreach and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in coordination meetings and submit an inception workplan.
- Provide technical advice on the candidate selection framework through consultation meetings and review of proposed criteria.
- Review outreach, employer engagement, and candidate promotion approaches and submit advisory notes with recommendations.
- Support engagement with stakeholders and identify potential Austrian employers interested in hiring EAGLE graduates.
Required Experience
Proven experience in recruitment, candidate assessment, and selection processes; Proven experience in private sector engagement and employer outreach, ideally in the metal processing sector.
