Overview

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate will support the implementation of the office's monitoring and evaluation system, contributing to data collection, analysis, and reporting for the UNDP Morocco Country Office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operationalization of the M&E framework of the CPD and Integrated Work Plans (IWP).
  • Contribute to the design, update, and monitoring of results frameworks, theories of change, and M&E plans of projects.
  • Ensure regular update of performance data in UNDP corporate platforms.
  • Compile, clean, process, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Produce regular dashboards, visualizations, and analyses on portfolio progress.
  • Participate in field monitoring missions and prepare mission reports.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and follow-up of decentralized evaluations.
  • Contribute to the drafting and consolidation of corporate and programmatic reports.
  • Support the implementation of programmatic quality assurance procedures.
  • Contribute to the identification, monitoring, and update of programmatic risks.
  • Contribute to the capitalization of good practices, lessons learned, and innovations.
  • Support the organization of learning and capacity-building sessions on M&E.
Required Experience

A minimum of 6 years (with high school diploma) or 3 years (with bachelor’s degree) of progressively responsible professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, programme/project management, results-based management, or related fields, with a secondary education.

Qualifications

Secondary education is required. A university degree (Bachelor’s degree) in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, Planning, or any other relevant field will be given due consideration but is not a requirement.
