Overview
The English Language Training Intern will assist in the planning and provision of English language training classes to refugees and immigrants.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the enrollment, coordination, and implementation of classes.
- Contact students to confirm availability.
- Navigate client barriers to education.
- Differentiate and scaffold instruction.
- Communicate with local stakeholders.
- Support teachers in preparing student materials.
- Coordinate with volunteers.
- Collect data to support educational initiatives.
Qualifications
Undergraduate or graduate level studies in education, social work, international relations, social sciences, or related field preferred.
