The Construction Site Coordinator manages day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring work complies with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The role includes managing, coordinating, training labor teams, coordinating equipment use, guiding operators and maintaining site documentation.
Minimum 5 years of experience supervising civil construction projects utilizing heavy construction equipment. Familiarity with construction methods, site safety, and quality assurance. Prior UN or international field experience is an advantage.
An Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Construction Management, or a related field is required. A first-level university degree, such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, may be accepted with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant construction experience.
