Overview
Provide administrative and financial support services to a project team to facilitate the implementation of activities and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including financial follow-up, document management, and filing.
- Assist in budget monitoring and financial tracking, preparing budget tables, tracking expenditures, and liquidating commitments.
- Provide assistance for planning and hiring of human resources, procurement of goods and services, and preparation of solicitation documents.
- Ensure project implementation aligns with UNESCO rules and regulations for value for money and quality.
- Support planning and organization of missions, workshops, and meetings, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- Keep track of project assets, maintain inventory records, and prepare reports.
- Draft correspondences, emails, and notes to support coordination and information flow.
- Assist in timely preparation of administrative and financial reporting.
- Perform any other assigned responsibilities.
Required Experience
A minimum of four (04) years of relevant professional work experience in administration, finance or similar field.
Qualifications
University degree (BA or equivalent) in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or relevant field.
