Overview
Provide technical and operational support to project implementation and coordination efforts, with a particular focus on sector coordination, joint reviews, monitoring and reporting processes, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination with the Ministry of Education, LEG, DPG, donors, and education partners.
- Assist in organizing and documenting meetings, consultations, workshops, and joint review processes.
- Follow up on agreed actions, sector priorities, and review recommendations.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, briefing notes, and follow-up action lists.
- Support communication, information sharing, and documentation of key coordination outcomes.
- Assist with sector monitoring, reporting, and accountability activities.
- Collect, review, and consolidate partner updates and monitoring inputs.
- Support the use and follow-up of monitoring and reporting tools.
- Maintain project and sector coordination records and documentation.
- Support day-to-day project coordination and implementation.
- Assist with follow-up on project activities, workplans, meetings, and timelines.
- Prepare simple technical inputs, reports, summaries, and briefing notes.
- Support communication with project partners and stakeholders.
- Undertake missions, when required and subject to security clearance, to support project activities.
- Provide coordination and logistical support during field activities, meetings, and workshops.
- Support administrative, operational, and logistical tasks related to project implementation.
- Assist in preparing donor reporting inputs, updates, and related documents.
- Contribute to communication, coordination, and knowledge management activities.
- Perform other related tasks as requested by UNESCO.
Required Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience
Qualifications
University degree (BA or equivalent) in Education, International Development, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field
