Overview

Consultant to lead policy development and organize a webinar for the REACHMIND project, disseminating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyse project outputs.
  • Develop a policy narrative and draft the project policy brief.
  • Consolidate and integrate inputs from consortium partners.
  • Define webinar objectives, target audience, and key messages.
  • Develop webinar concept note, agenda, structure, and format.
  • Prepare webinar supporting materials.
  • Lead and facilitate the webinar.
  • Prepare a post-webinar summary.
Required Experience

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, including policy analysis and drafting, development of policy briefs or analytical reports. Demonstrated experience in translating research findings into policy-relevant recommendations and working on EU-funded or multi-country projects. Proven experience in designing and facilitating webinars or similar stakeholder events, and presenting to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree in public policy, social sciences, education, migration or development studies, or a related field.

Fluency in English is required.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of consortium languages (Hungarian, Slovak, Polish, Czech) is an asset.
