Overview

Provides functional support and second-line assistance for the supply chain information system, contributing to consistent system use, data quality, and continuous improvement of supply processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of supply chain processes and procedures related to AKIBA.
  • Assist in the deployment and rollout of AKIBA in projects and missions.
  • Provide first- and second-line functional support to users.
  • Support the implementation of new system functionalities and modules.
  • Assist in monitoring data quality and consistency in AKIBA.
  • Support the maintenance of the item catalogue.
  • Contribute to the development and dissemination of documentation and training materials.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience

Proven experience in ERP implementation, deployment or support is mandatory. Previous field experience with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as a Pharmacist (Pharma Co/Mission Pharma) or in Supply Chain functions is mandatory. Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) is required.

Qualifications

University degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Information Systems Management, or a related field.

Languages Required
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Languages Preferred
French and Spanish will be considered an asset. Knowledge of MSF operational policies, procedures and field operations is highly desirable.
Contract Duration
Until 31 Dec 2026 with possibility to be reconducted for 2027.

Remuneration
For level HQ-2C positions and if the role is based in one of our offices in Spain, the salary will be at €34,324.19.
